BILL PAY

Online bill pay allows you to manage your payments to various companies — all in one place. There's no need to pay your T-Mobile bill on T-Mobile website, your Nordstrom credit card with Nordstrom bill pay, or write and mail a check to your landlord every month. Instead, you could do it all from your computer or mobile app. Save time, avoid late fees, and never pay for checks or postage.

Here's how to set it up

  1. Gather your bills, including account numbers and the addresses to where you mail your payments.
  2. Log in to your Online Banking or open your Mobile App.
  3. Navigate to Bill Pay feature. Click Enroll.
  4. Choose Add a Payee or Manage Payees and enter the details of the provider you wish to pay.
  5. Choose when to send the payment.
  6. Select a recurring or one-time payment.

Frequently asked questions

How does online Bill Pay work?
With Online Bill Pay you can pay and manage your bills in one place. Pay your utilities, credit cards, even your baby-sitter, eliminating the need for checkbooks or postage. Depending on the type of payee, your payment will be made electronically or by paper check.
How can I be sure my bills will be paid on time?
You can opt to have your bills paid automatically on the dates you pre-select to avoid missing a payment. Your payments are important to us, and we guarantee making a payment on the Send On date you specify. Should we ever delay sending your payment, we will cover your late fees, up to $50.
Does it cost anything to use the Bill Pay feature?
No, this service is free.
What is an e-Bill?
E-Bills are electronic versions of paper bills. Bill Pay allows you to view all your e-Bills in one convenient place. You can also set up email notifications for when a new e-Bill arrives in your Bill Pay account.
