Selfreliance FCU among sponsors of UkraineFest at Soyuzivka
Soyuzivka’s annual Summer Festival took place July 12-14, 2024. Selfreliance FCU representatives attended the Gala and Fundraising Dinner held at the Ukrainian National Foundation's (UNF) Soyuzivka Heritage Center.
The Soyuzivka Resort in the Catskill mountains is a summer getaway destination for Ukrainians living in New York, New Jersey and other eastern states. The resort also hosts summer camps, even a dance workshop. Over the years, Selfreliance FCU has supported the initiatives of the Ukrainian National Foundation.
Afternoon and evening stage shows at the Soyuzivka Summer Festival featured the Roma Pryma Bohachevsky Ukrainian Dance Workshop, Jaroslaw and Natalia Dub, Darina Krasnovetska, Barva Band, Zirka, Tasia Madzaj, Malvy, Shanis, Darisha, Bria Blessing with her husband Jessie and the Ukrainian ska punk band Mad Heads with lead singer Vadim Krasnooky. The festival also included arts and crafts vendor booths. An auction by Revived Soldiers of Ukraine was part of the evening program. Selfreliance FCU was one of the sponsors of the Festival.

12-14 липня 2024 року на Оселі Союзівка відбувся літній фестиваль. Представники УФКС “Самоопоміч” були присутні на бенкеті Фундації Українського Народного Союзу. На світлині зліва: Роман Гірняк, голова УНФундації та Андрій Гречак, член Дорадчої Ради філій “Самопомочі” в Нью Джерзі. Андрій Гречак вручив УНФундації чек від Фундації “Самопоміч”.
