POSITION: IT Specialist
LOCATION: On-site at the Main Office in Chicago, IL
SCHEDULE: Full Time
COMPENSATION: The budgeted amount for the starting hourly rate: $25 per hour
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to IT support
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide end-user support for the core system, online & mobile banking, BillPay, and check processing
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues for both hardware and software
- Serve as a technical resource for credit union employees, offering IT hardware, software, and network support, as well as ongoing training
- Maintain and manage the corporate website
- Oversee and track software and hardware inventory
- Ensure all system updates and procedures are communicated to the IT team
- Work with the core system vendor on system enhancements
- Handle assigned technical aspects of IT projects
- Manage online banking user enrollment
- Stay knowledgeable about operations and IT systems to provide comprehensive support
POSITION: Universal Member Service Representative (Personal Banker)
LOCATION: Connecticut Branches
SCHEDULE: Full Time
COMPENSATION RANGE: $20 - $21/hr
We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to our Members as a Universal Member Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and sales, and previous banking experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Ukrainian are a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continually identify our Members’ needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of Members.
- Open and service all consumer and business account types.
- Provide a variety of transaction services to members including teller, wire transfer, consumer loan, credit and debit cards.
